Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking a finance professional to support project accounting and finance operations across construction projects. A university degree and substantial experience in project finance reporting are required.

You will coordinate with project finance and central teams, manage vendor and client negotiations, and help ensure accurate monthly cash flow and reporting while upholding our ethical standards and global practices.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Experienced in project finance reporting and tax practices for construction projects.
• Proficient in project subcontractor management and client negotiations.
• Knowledge of financial operation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for financial operations including preliminary invoice entries, payment instructions, and monthly cash flow and project financial progress reports.
• Inform the project finance team to review customer and vendor accounts and take necessary actions.
• Coordinate between project and central finance teams and guide actions accordingly.
• Obtain, deliver, and track due dates of employer guarantee letters.
• Ensure project reports are collected and reviewed for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports on the financial adequacy of companies to be contracted with financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Monitor project stock levels and guide actions to align with stock day targets.

What You’ll Do?

• University graduate (from departments such as accounting, business administration, economics, etc.).
• No military service obligations
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Experienced in accounting and tax practices of construction projects
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Proficient in project Project finance reporting.
• Knowledgeable in financial operation processes.
• Experienced in Project subcontractor management.
• Capable of conducting negotiations with clients and partnes.

What We Expect from You?

• Providing support for financial operations.(Including preliminary invoice entries, creation of payment instructions, and preparation of monthly cash flow and project financial progress reports)
• Informing the project finance team to periodically review customer and vendor accounts and take necessary actions accordingly.
• Ensuring coordination between project and central finance teams and guiding necessary actions accordingly.
• Obtaining, delivering, and tracking the due dates of employer guarantee letters.
• Ensuring that project reports are collected from the respective project teams in line with the defined reporting calendar, and conducting thorough reviews to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Preparing reports on the financial adequacy of companies to be contracted, based on financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Monitoring project stock levels and guiding project teams to take action in line with stock day targets.
