Job summary
Mikrogrup seeks a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Finance team and turn financial and operational data into insights that drive better business decisions. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue analysis, modeling, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance
- 4–6 years of FP&A/financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical and financial thinking with attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, modeling, and data analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of revenue analysis and business performance metrics
- Experience with BI and reporting tools; Qlik Sense is a plus
- Strong business partnering and communication skills across functions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with company strategy
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance; identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare management reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights
- Build and improve financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Own revenue analysis including new sales, upsell, cross-sell, pricing, and other revenue drivers
- Analyze sales performance, funnel dynamics, campaigns, and initiatives
- Evaluate financial impact and ROI of pricing, campaigns, product initiatives, and GTM activities
- Translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Act as a finance business partner for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
- Partner with Product to analyze product performance, pricing, monetization, and profitability
- Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Support senior management with ad hoc analyses and strategic projects
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports using Qlik Sense
- Improve reporting processes, models, tools, and data quality
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analysis

As a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Support and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes in line with company strategy.
Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, identify key risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Prepare and present management reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
Build and continuously improve financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
Own and support revenue analysis, including new sales, upsell, cross-sell, pricing, and other revenue drivers.
Analyze sales performance, funnel dynamics, campaigns, and commercial initiatives to identify opportunities for growth.
Evaluate the financial impact and ROI of pricing, campaigns, product initiatives, and go-to-market activities.
Translate complex data into clear recommendations that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Act as a finance business partner for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Partner closely with Product teams to analyze product performance, pricing dynamics, monetization, and profitability.
Challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Support senior management with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports using Qlik Sense, improving accessibility and visibility of key business metrics.
Continuously improve reporting processes, financial models, tools, and data quality.
Identify opportunities to automate and simplify recurring reporting and analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and financial thinking, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of revenue analysis and business performance metrics.
Experience working with BI and reporting tools; Qlik Sense is a strong plus.
Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Experience in the technology, SaaS, or subscription business.
Experience with product analytics, pricing, monetization, or commercial performance.
