Job summary

Mikrogrup is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Finance team and translate data into insights for strategic decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to drive planning, performance analysis and decision support.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and driving data‑driven improvements across revenue and expense levers. A hybrid work model is offered with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business admin, industrial engineering or finance.
• 4–6 years of FP&A, financial or business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and financial thinking with attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and modeling.
• Understanding revenue analysis and business performance metrics.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools; Qlik Sense is a strong plus.
• Strong business partnering and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

What Will You Do?

As a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

• Support and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes in line with company strategy.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, identify key risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Prepare and present management reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
• Build and continuously improve financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.

Revenue & Business Performance

• Own and support revenue analysis, including new sales, upsell, cross-sell, pricing, and other revenue drivers.
• Analyze sales performance, funnel dynamics, campaigns, and commercial initiatives to identify opportunities for growth.
• Evaluate the financial impact and ROI of pricing, campaigns, product initiatives, and go-to-market activities.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Business Partnering

• Act as a finance business partner for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Partner closely with Product teams to analyze product performance, pricing dynamics, monetization, and profitability.
• Challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and provide data-driven insights to support decision‑making.
• Support senior management with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.

Data, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports using Qlik Sense, improving accessibility and visibility of key business metrics.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, financial models, tools, and data quality.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify recurring reporting and analysis.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and financial thinking, with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of revenue analysis and business performance metrics.
• Experience working with BI and reporting tools; Qlik Sense is a strong plus.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience in the technology, SaaS, or subscription business.
• Experience with product analytics, pricing, monetization, or commercial performance.
• Experience with Qlik Sense or other BI tools.
• Strong interest in turning data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
