Rönesans Holding is seeking an experienced professional to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives across its global operations. The role emphasizes defining strategic needs, designing improved processes, and driving data-driven decisions to support multi-project delivery.

You will work with executives, coordinate diverse teams, and implement sustainable change across industries, including construction and energy, with a focus on operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
• MBA or MSc in Engineering is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, leading construction, or utilities.
• Experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation, and operating models.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively and independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.'
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to convey complex ideas.

What You’ll Do?

• A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering degree is a plus.
• Relevant minimum 5 years of work experience in management consulting, in a leading construction company, or in utilities
• Relevant experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation, business transformation, change management, business process design & improvement, process optimization, and operating models
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a collaborative and result-oriented way, as an individual as well as part of a diverse team
• Aptitude for analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking as well as out-of-the-box, creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to all areas of the business.
• Self-motivation, flexibility, agility, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
