Job summary

Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye seeks experienced professionals for its Financial Advisory Department in Ankara. The role will involve conducting research, performing financial analyses, and leading teams in project execution within an energetic, cooperative environment.

Candidates should have strong academic backgrounds in business, engineering, or economics and at least four years in investment banking or related fields, with fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate degrees in business administration, engineering or economics complemented with accounting and finance courses.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, feasibility and valuation services or related experience in transaction services.
• Strong understanding of project execution, coordination and problem-solving.
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, intellectual curiosity and proactive mind-set.
• Ability to develop complex financial models applicable to various industries.
• Strong experience in preparing feasibility studies, including financial projections, cash flow analysis, valuation, sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to manage and coordinate project teams, state institutions, clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Turkish, both orally and in writing.
• No travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
• Perform thorough financial analysis using industry standard and proprietary models and develop creative conclusions and recommendations.
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, directly communicating with clients when necessary.
• Support senior team members in origination of financial advisory projects and taking active role in business development processes.
• Lead team members for execution of financial advisory projects.
• Manage and coordinate project execution process with clients, relevant state institutions and other stakeholders.
• Build and review complex financial model for projects related to feasibility, corporate finance projects and valuation studies.
• Prepare presentation materials, valuation and feasibility reports.
• Take responsibility in several projects simultaneously and work effectively as an individual and a team member.
