Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) invites you to join as Financial Analysis and Budget Planning Department Assistant Manager. You will lead annual budget, strategic plan, and forecasts, supporting BI tools enhancements and IFRS reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or mathematics, at least 5 years in finance/accounting in banking, strong English, analytical mindset, and ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics from reputable universities.
Min. 5 years of accounting/finance experience in banking sector.
Good command of English.
Analytical view and result oriented, team player.
Strong communicator, ability to work under deadlines.
No military obligation for male candidates.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
Business minded and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Preparing annual budget, strategic business plan and forecasts
Support the implementation of improvements to company Business Intelligence tools (SAS, Pharos, BNPP Tools..)
Support preparing the mandatory declarations of the public enterprises (CBRT, BRSA)
Preparation of Ad-hoc reports and presentations required by top management
Assisting the preparation of monthly and yearly IFRS actuals
Took part in bank's wide projects to give support in financial issues.
