Job summary

Eaton’s Ankara plant is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support daily accounting operations, month-end close and adherence to US GAAP, corporate guidelines and local regulations. You will work in a global, collaborative environment with exposure to international finance processes, gain career development opportunities, and contribute to accurate balance sheet reconciliations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of five years’ accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting is a must
• Previous experience in a multinational company would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the effective execution of daily accounting operations
• Support timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, SOX, and internal control requirements
• Prepare and maintain accurate, well-supported balance sheet reconciliations
• Support preparation of financial reports in line with US GAAP, corporate guidelines, and local regulations
• Perform analytical reviews of high-risk GL accounts and key transactions
• Support statutory reporting and internal/external audits
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for manual journal entries
• Support CAPEX planning and analysis across assigned ledgers
• Provide accounting guidance to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation
• Contribute to ad hoc projects within the Controllership organization
