Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for its Ankara plant to contribute to accounting operations and financial excellence. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will engage in month-end close activities, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily accounting operations.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal control requirements.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting in line with US GAAP.
• Perform analytical reviews of key transactions.
• Support statutory reporting and audits.
• Ensure proper documentation for journal entries.
• Support CAPEX planning and analysis.
• Provide accounting guidance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects.

Senior Finance Analyst

Eaton’s Ankara plant is a key part of our global operations, supporting innovative solutions in power management. The site plays a critical role in delivering high-quality products and financial excellence, working closely with international teams across regions.

What you’ll do:

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Ankara.

• Contribute to the effective execution of daily accounting operations
• Support timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, SOX, and internal control requirements
• Prepare and maintain accurate, well-supported balance sheet reconciliations
• Support preparation of financial reports in line with US GAAP, corporate guidelines, and local regulations
• Perform analytical reviews of high-risk GL accounts and key transactions
• Support statutory reporting and internal/external audits
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for manual journal entries
• Support CAPEX planning and analysis across assigned ledgers
• Provide accounting guidance to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation
• Contribute to ad hoc projects within the Controllership organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting is a must
• Previous experience in a multinational company would be a plus

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
• Good understanding of tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Fluent in Turkish and good knowledge of English language
