Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks an experienced Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to lead 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing. You will monitor KPIs, support the Master Production Plan, conduct time studies and drive line balancing and capacity improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, fluency in Turkish and English, and strong knowledge of Lean, Industry 4.0 and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, production engineering, industrial engineering or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP).
• Understanding of Industry 4.0, automation and digital manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Ability to work in an international, matrix-based organisation and across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain 5S implementation across manufacturing areas.
• Monitor and improve departmental KPIs, including Efficiency and Inventory Accuracy.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities to support continuous improvement.
• Support and monitor execution of the Master Production Plan (MPP).
• Conduct and analyze time studies to improve productivity and process efficiency.
• Support and lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies.
• Identify and assess requirements for production equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement and process development projects.
• Create, standardize, and maintain Work Instructions and related manufacturing documentation.
• Manage RCCP activities, including line balancing, manpower planning, and capacity increase initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement Industry 4.0 and automation solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
• Lead manufacturing execution activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including production line commissioning, line transfers, and industrialization.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ERP/SAP.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0, automation, and digital manufacturing concepts.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational, presentation, communication and time management skills, results-driven.
• Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix-based organisation.
• Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and drive change initiatives.
