Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Lead Project Engineer for the Technical Platform Molding to drive global standardization of injection molding across manufacturing sites. Hybrid work model with locations in Antalya, Turkey and other sites; role requires strong project leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will manage end-to-end engineering projects, guide validation activities, and mentor engineers while traveling internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8–12 years of engineering experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of injection molding processes across sites.
• Manage engineering projects from concept to implementation including scope, budget, timeline and risk.
• Collaborate with Procurement R&D, Production, Quality and Global Engineering to ensure delivery.
• Provide technical oversight for validation, qualification, and regulatory activities.
• Mentor engineers and support supplier qualification and technology benchmarking.
