Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Digital Advisory Manager to drive business development and lead the delivery of digital consultancy assignments within EU frameworks. The role involves coordinating experts, preparing competitive technical and financial proposals and managing multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will contribute to strategic growth, build partnerships with research organisations and ensure high-quality project delivery across Europe and internationally.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in ICT advisory, digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Experience preparing technical proposals for public-sector ICT assignments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary ICT consultants and/or subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, software platforms, and public-sector digital transformation.
• Ability to prepare methodologies, work plans, staffing estimates and budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess ICT advisory opportunities under EU frameworks and international programs.
• Analyse ToRs, technical specs and institutional context.
• Lead bid/no-bid decisions and technical methodologies.
• Coordinate staffing, budgets and work plans for assignments.
• Prepare compliant technical and financial submissions with the team.
• Manage awarded projects and coordinate multidisciplinary experts and subcontractors.
• Monitor deliverables, schedules and quality, and liaise with clients.
