Job summary

NTU International A/S seeks a Key Expert – Team Leader for the EU-funded project “EU – Strategic Communication in Vietnam.” The role is full-time and on-site in Hanoi, with ultimate responsibility for strategic direction and quality assurance of communications and campaigns. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communication, advertising, marketing, public relations, media, journalism, or related discipline (or university degree with 5+ years of additional relevant experience).
• Proficiency in English (C1) for speaking and writing.
• At least 12 years of professional experience in marketing or communication management, PR coordination and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, coordination and quality assurance for the project's communication and campaign activities.
• Coordinate the implementation of public relations and campaigns.
• Supervise teams of marketing or communication experts.
• Lead on the creation of audio-visual products and collaborate with influencers or KOLs as relevant.
• Demonstrate proven marketing/communication experience in Vietnam.
