Job summary

iLab Connect is seeking a Digital Advertising Sales Lead to drive revenue and nurture client relationships across Turkey’s digital media landscape. You will manage the full sales cycle, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with media agencies to deliver compelling advertising solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in digital advertising sales, strong knowledge of media buying agencies, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales.
• Strong knowledge of media buying agencies and the digital advertising landscape.
• Proactive in developing existing client relationships and acquiring new customers.
• Able to understand client processes and needs, identify opportunities, and position the right products.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools with strong reporting skills.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the digital ad sales processes across iLab Connect’s digital media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media agencies in line with sales goals and strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the existing customer portfolio.
• Analyze sales opportunities and develop creative solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, reports, and manage post-sales processes.
• Lead and sustain partnerships with advertisers and digital media agencies.
