Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate scalable platforms for ING's Digital Assets domain. You will automate deployments, strengthen security, and improve observability across global teams.

In a flexible hybrid setup, you will collaborate with software engineers, security experts and architects, owning CI/CD pipelines, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness while ensuring production reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Software Application Developer and/or DevOps Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Ansible and Docker.
• Strong Linux administration experience, particularly RedHat-based environments.
• Good networking and infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting.
• Experience supporting production applications and resolving complex incidents.
• Understanding of web security and secure software delivery practices.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
• Experience collaborating within international and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement production changes safely while minimizing operational risk.
• Automate repetitive operational processes and engineering workflows.
• Monitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents. Improve Disaster Recovery readiness, operational resilience, and recovery procedures.
• Maintain and improve test and production environments.
• Support compliance and IT control processes.
• Continuously improve observability, reliability, and incident prevention.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams across ING.
• Participate in standby rotations when required.
