Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive secure, scalable and automated software delivery. You will enable end-to-end CI/CD, automate infrastructure and use modern deployment methodologies, collaborating with development, QA and operations teams to ensure reliable pipelines.

The role requires solid OpenShift experience, strong scripting and DevOps practices, and excellent English communication. A hybrid work model and continuous learning culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Application Developer and/or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong experience with Git and branch strategy design.
• Solid experience with CI/CD, Continuous Delivery, Deployment and Agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with container image deployment & release management using OpenShift.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes.
• Experience with quality tools such as SonarQube.
• Experience with repository management tools.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is eager to contribute to secure, scalable and automated technology delivery within ING Hubs Türkiye. Role Summary

As a DevOps Engineer, you will enable seamless software delivery through end-to-end CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation and modern deployment methodologies. You will work closely with development, quality and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure and efficient delivery pipelines. This position requires strong technical expertise, analytical problem‑solving skills and the ability to continuously optimize tooling and processes within a fast-evolving engineering landscape.

Required Skills About You

How to Succeed

• Proficiency with automated build and release processes (Maven, MSBuild, Docker, Helm)
• Experience building and packaging .NET, Java, and mobile applications
• Strong scripting capabilities (Python, PowerShell, UNIX Shell, YAML)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools (Xray, Fortify)
• Experience with OpenShift, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Helm, Istio
• Administration experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience in microservices deployment architectures
• Ability to identify manual onboarding processes and automate them end-to-end
• Experience with Helm charts and Service Mesh implementations
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and capability to deploy them
