Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive secure, scalable and automated software delivery. You will enable end-to-end CI/CD, automate infrastructure and use modern deployment methodologies, collaborating with development, QA and operations teams to ensure reliable pipelines.

The role requires solid OpenShift experience, strong scripting and DevOps practices, and excellent English communication. A hybrid work model and continuous learning culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Application Developer and/or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong experience with Git and branch strategy design.
• Solid experience with CI/CD, Continuous Delivery, Deployment and Agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with container image deployment & release management using OpenShift.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes.
• Experience with quality tools such as SonarQube.
• Experience with repository management tools.

Responsibilities

• Enable seamless software delivery through end-to-end CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation and modern deployment methodologies.
• Collaborate with development, quality and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure delivery pipelines.
• Continuously optimize tooling and processes within a fast-evolving engineering landscape.
