Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager – Q-Systems to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities for multiple data center projects. You will collaborate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and operations staff to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to QTS standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering or equivalent experience, 8+ years in building controls and low-voltage construction, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in building controls, security, and/or low voltage commercial design and construction practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Q-Systems design, pre-construction and construction activities on multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Installation Contractors, Design Consultants, Design Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Operations staff.
• Review design and installation to ensure compliance with QTS standards and Basis of Design documents.
• Manage multi-phased site development plans to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
