Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a bold MEP Superintendent for Mission Critical projects to oversee day-to-day site activities, manage safety, quality, and coordination with trade partners. You will lead field teams, enforce safety plans, and ensure project alignment with contract requirements.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with the Project Manager to deliver on-time, within budget results on complex buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline required.
• Experience managing complex construction projects and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day MEP site activities including safety and quality.
• Direct field personnel according to project plan and Suffolk guidelines.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and trade partners to resolve issues and maintain schedule.
• Develop and maintain project baseline schedules and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety plans.
• Lead meetings and reporting to stakeholders.
