Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute construction documents to the project team (plans, specs, RFIs, bulletins, field reports).
• Manage layout and verify field dimensions for accuracy.
• Verify subcontractor layout against line and grade requirements.
• Administer Quality Management Program and track deficiencies to resolution.
• Monitor on-site progress for compliance with Contract Documents.
