Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a data analytics professional to shape data-driven decisions across Wholesale Banking. You’ll work with large datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark, and deliver dashboards in Power BI, Cognos, or similar tools to drive operational efficiency and strategic insights.

You’ll collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists, mentor junior analysts, and support AI-enabled projects while communicating findings to stakeholders across international teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python, particularly PySpark.
• Experience with data visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or Superset.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, reporting methodologies, and quantitative problem-solving techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand and support machine learning and AI-driven initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Cognos, or similar BI platforms.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across Wholesale Banking processes.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver scalable analytics products.
• Support data quality initiatives, profiling activities, and analytics best practices.
• Communicate analytical findings through presentations, dashboards, reports, and stakeholder discussions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the analytics community.
• Support teams working on predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions through your analytical expertise.
