Job summary

ING Hubs Turkiye in Istanbul is seeking data experts, developers and professionals to join our Tech and Retail Analytics teams. This role emphasizes end-to-end data science, model deployment and collaboration with global analytics centers.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment, using Python, SQL and modern tools to translate data into impactful business solutions while communicating across levels in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with analytical background in a quantitative field is required.
• 4+ years of work experience in data science.
• End-to-end ML project experience from data extraction to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and statistical tools; Spark/GCP/Git a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage analytical processes from outlining solutions to deployment.
• Use data assets to provide insights and suggest process improvements.
• Analyze trends and root causes with advanced data analysis techniques.
• Develop strategies by evaluating large data volumes with statistical methods.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across levels.
• Adapt to new technologies and flexible work approaches.
• Promote effective problem solving and analytical thinking.
