ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a data analytics professional to shape data-driven decisions across Wholesale Banking. You’ll work with large datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark, and deliver dashboards in Power BI, Cognos, or similar tools to drive operational efficiency and strategic insights.

You’ll collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists, mentor junior analysts, and support AI-enabled projects while communicating findings to stakeholders across international teams.

Formación

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python, particularly PySpark.
• Experience with data visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or Superset.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, reporting methodologies, and quantitative problem-solving techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand and support machine learning and AI-driven initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Help shape data-driven decisions across ING's Wholesale Banking network

At ING, data is at the heart of how we serve clients, manage risk, and drive business decisions. As part of Wholesale Banking Advanced Analytics, you'll work with large-scale datasets, modern analytics platforms, and international stakeholders to deliver insights that improve operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and enhance client experiences across ING's global banking network. This role combines business understanding, analytical expertise, and modern data tooling to transform complex data into actionable outcomes. The Impact You'll Make You'll work closely with Product Managers, Tribes, Process Leaders, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and deliver scalable analytical products. Your analysis will support critical Wholesale Banking processes and help stakeholders make better, faster, and more informed decisions. Unlike traditional reporting-focused analyst roles, you'll own the journey from business question to analytical solution, collaborating across multiple teams and domains while contributing to ING's broader analytics strategy.

Work Model

Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.
