Job summary

n11 is seeking a Business Intelligence Supervisor to join our Product & Analytics team in Turkey. You will lead BI initiatives, design dashboards, and ensure data-driven decision-making across a fast-growing e-commerce business.

You will mentor a high-performing BI team, establish data policies, and work with data engineering to maintain solid pipelines while delivering actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI/analytics or data reporting.
• Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools, and Excel.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator and leader capable of mentoring a team.
• English proficiency.

What You'll Do

• This role will be responsible for establishing the company's data policy and managing all Business Intelligence (BI) processes across the organization
• Collaborate feed all the company's reporting, work in collaboration with all departments and provide all the company's data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to track key business metrics (conversion, retention, revenue, etc.).
• Ensure BI solutions support data-driven decision-making across all functions of the e-commerce business.

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting roles
• Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Excel.
• Strong track record in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses.
• Skilled at transforming complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who can align BI initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent communicator, able to present data clearly and impactfully.
• Passionate about mentoring a high-performing team and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Experience in predictive modeling, advanced analytics, or marketing/operational dashboards.
• Professional competence in English language.
