Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a skilled Analytics professional to advance conversational AI capabilities. You will analyze dialogue data, identify patterns, and optimize intent recognition to improve self-service and customer experiences across ING’s global AI initiatives.

The role requires 4–6 years in analytics, strong SQL, Python, and experience with Looker/Cognos. Fluency in English and Turkish is essential, and hybrid work in Turkey is supported with collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in analytics, reporting, statistics, or data analysis.
• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Python, Looker, Cognos, or similar tools.
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, or intent engineering.
• Understanding of data quality, reporting, and performance analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conversational data to identify patterns and optimize performance.
• Develop and refine intent discovery, training, and optimization.
• Work with structured and unstructured dialogue data for insights.
• Identify customer journey friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Support data quality and reporting initiatives for AI products.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and drive data storytelling.
• Prioritize analytical opportunities with Product Owners and business partners.
• Contribute to ING's global Customer Dialogue Analytics initiatives.
