TP-Link Türkiye is seeking a highly motivated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our growing team in Turkey. The role focuses on IFRS-based financial reporting, tax compliance, and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

You will lead month-end closes, coordinate with the Senior Accountant, ensure regulatory reporting, and develop robust financial policies and controls. Fluent English required, Turkish tax regulation knowledge essential, and a minimum of 15 years’ accounting

Qualifikationen

• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Military service must be completed.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Turkish tax regulations and international accounting standards.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Manage tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting processes, ensuring full compliance with local laws.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and improve financial processes.
• Develop and implement financial policies and controls.
