Job summary

PwC Türkiye seeks consultants for the Connected Tax Compliance (CTC) team in Eskişehir and Istanbul. The role focuses on building tax and accounting functions for clients, maintaining statutory books, and delivering compliant reporting in a multinational setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in accounting & tax, knowledge of Turkish GAAP, and strong English skills. ERP experience (Dynamics/SAP) is a plus, with a collaborative PwC culture and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in accounting, tax compliance and management reporting in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of Turkish GAAP and Tax Procedural Law is a plus.
• Holding a SMMM certificate or certification in progress is a plus.
• ERP experience with Dynamics or SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business and needs, build solid client relationships.
• Maintain statutory books in line with Turkish accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Handle accounting, tax return preparation/review and client reporting.
• Follow legislation changes and update work processes accordingly.
• Support the team with regular feedback and ensure effective teamwork.

PwC Turkey “Connected Tax Compliance” team is looking for a new consultants in Eskişehir and Istanbul, consultants with the below qualifications to perform the required job description;

Qualifications

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Political Science & Public Administration, International Relations departments of a reputable university
• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance and management reporting in a multinational working environment preferably in outsourcing services
• Experience in Tax Procedural Law and Turkish GAAP
• Holding a SMMM certificate or certification in progress is a plus
• Hands-on experience with the ERP knowledge is an asset (preferred in Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar software)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• A dedicated personality who can work as a team with integrity in line with PwC standards
• Ability to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development

• With a portfolio composed of clients from different sectors for following activities:
• Understanding and addressing client business and needs, building solid relationships with clients
• Maintaining statutory books in line with Turkish accounting principles and tax regulations
• Dealing with accounting, tax return preparation/review and reporting of Clients
• Follow up the legislation and the recent and upcoming changes in the regulation in a timely and appropriate manner
