Job summary

WLG in Izmir, Türkiye is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to manage configuration items, enforce naming and versioning standards, and audit CM data. You will verify changes and monitor service delivery against SLAs, collaborating across ITIL processes and asset management.

The role requires hands-on CM experience and strong ITSM tooling skills, including Remedy ITSM 9.1+. On-site work in Izmir with occasional second site transfer may be needed.

Qualifications

• Full-time on site in Izmir, Türkiye, with eligibility to work.
• Three years of practical CM experience or five with secondary qualification.
• Hands-on ITSM tooling experience, especially Remedy ITSM 9.1+.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Apply tools and processes to track, log and correct information about configuration items.
• Verify and approve changes, protecting assets from unauthorised change or misuse.
• Keep naming and identification rules for items, environments, documents, versions, baselines and templates alike.
• Audit the accuracy of information and remediate audit findings.
• Develop, document and implement changes from requests for change and report on them.
• Monitor and log the service delivered against SLAs.
• Create and maintain an accurate asset register with reports and analysis.
• Carry out basic risk management and document risks, threats, vulnerabilities and mitigations.
• Apply standard data modelling and design techniques and explain structures to users.
