Purpose of the Role
The Senior CEO's Office Associate plays a critical role in supporting the effective execution of the strategic and operational priorities of the Chairman of the Board and Board Members.
Serving as a key link between senior leadership and company functions, this role combines coordination, project follow-up, communication management, and operational support. The position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The Senior CEO's Office Associate is responsible for accurately understanding and communicating executive priorities, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, monitoring progress on key actions, and providing hands‑on support when needed. Working closely with senior leadership, the role helps ensure effective execution of decisions and alignment across the organization.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Energy Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, executive office, or related functions
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience in business planning is preferred
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Operationally focused and capable of turning plans into execution
- Strong project follow-up and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in corporate-wide transformation, change management, or strategic projects is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to accurately understand, interpret, and communicate complex instructions
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, including presentation skills
- Fast learner with strong practical thinking; able to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and a dynamic work environment

Job Description
- Support the Chairman of the Board and Board Members in managing strategic priorities, operational initiatives, executive communications, and day-to-day follow-up activities
- Act as a communication and coordination bridge between senior leadership and internal departments
- Quickly understand requests, priorities, and action items communicated by leadership and ensure accurate communication to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor progress of assigned initiatives and follow up with departments to ensure timely execution
- Attend meetings, prepare meeting notes, document key decisions, communicate action items, and track outcomes
- Support business planning, strategic projects, and organizational initiatives when required
- Prepare, edit, and coordinate presentations, reports, correspondence, and executive documents
- Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning as needed
- Provide organizational and operational support during internal and external engagements
- Take ownership of urgent requests and unexpected situations to ensure business continuity
- Handle highly sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
