Waternet Su Hizmetleri in Fatih, Istanbul is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into actionable software requirements. You will lead requirements gathering, create user stories, and document process flows while collaborating with IT, QA, and external vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, strong SDLC and Scrum knowledge, and experience with API tools, CRM/ERP systems, and SQL. English communication is essential in this team.

As a Senior Business Analyst at Waternet, you’ll work closely with business and technology teams to turn requirements into practical solutions, improve processes, and create better experiences for our teams and customers.

What Will You Do in This Role?

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define project scope, business rules, and system requirements.
• Support project planning and prioritization by assessing business needs, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring requirements are met before deployment.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support issue resolution.
• Mentor team members and keep stakeholders informed about project progress and potential risks.

What We're Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in IT or software development.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Scrum.
• Experience in requirements engineering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with API documentation and testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce and Workcube ERP experience is a plus.
• Experience in functional testing, UAT, and release coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
