Job summary

PiA Group, based in Istanbul, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to translate telecom business needs into technical requirements and drive CRM/BSS integration and customization across customer lifecycle processes.

In this role you will model data flows, collaborate with agile software teams, and support UAT while communicating in English with international customers and project teams. PiA promotes diversity and equal opportunity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst.
Project experience in the telecommunications sector.
Strong experience with CRM systems and CRM processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs in telecom projects and translate into technical requirements.
Analyze CRM processes across the customer lifecycle.
Document business requirements as BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases.
Assess existing systems to identify improvement opportunities.
Model process/data flows and prepare sequence diagrams and BPMN.
Collaborate with software teams to refine requirements and support solution design.
Support test scenarios and UAT, coordinating across stakeholders.
Participate in meetings in English with international customers and project teams.
