Job summary

Volue is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Product team in Turkey. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions by working with customers and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support delivery of software solutions.

You will transform business challenges into actionable product requirements and contribute to data-driven analysis across our energy technology software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.
• Strong SQL and MongoDB knowledge; data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, processes, system behavior, and data flows to identify improvements.
• Translate customer needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and stakeholders through development and release cycles.
• Use SQL to analyze data, validate system behavior, and support decisions.
• Examine APIs and integrations using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
