Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in mobile application or digital product projects.
• Strong ability to convert business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Solid understanding of mobile analytics, user journeys, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of an innovative consumer engagement platform for one of our client. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology, focusing on mobile applications, digital campaigns, and data-driven user engagement. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences through mobile apps, WhatsApp-based campaigns, gamification mechanics, and AI-powered personalization strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
