Job summary

PeopleBox is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with business units across the software development lifecycle and to design IT-driven processes aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on coordinating CRM integrations (Salesforce and other systems), providing training to users, and delivering technical leadership throughout projects. Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering, MIS or related fields of universities.
• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or related field.
• Experienced in agile working methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases.
• Experience with software integration models - web services, event management, SOAP, JSON, XML, REST and WSDL.
• Knowledge of applied SQL (PL-SQL) is a plus.
• Process Design, Support and Management experience in CRM/BPR systems (Salesforce and PaperWork background is a plus).
• Experience with Azure Cloud and AI Foundry services or AWS services.
• Good knowledge of software development platforms and web service methodologies.
• Strong communication/influencing/facilitation skills across all levels of the business, IT teams and 3rd party providers.
• Understanding application architecture, compatibility with business processes and integration environments.
• Prepare and update technical, functional and user documentation for the applications.
• Problem solving and analysis skills for business needs.
• Provide end user support/change management in IT implementations.
• Prepare and update documentation for applications.
• Ability to multitask between priorities.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Experience in automotive industry/fleet leasing is a plus.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working in coordination with business units throughout the software development process, ensuring coordination to meet business demands and functional needs,
• Designing business processes in IT projects, making functional and technical analyzes in line with business demands,
• Managing different integration models between CRM and other solutions (salesforce and other system integrations)
• Providing system trainings to key business users,

• To make necessary updates to existing software modules in a timely manner,
• Appropriate escalation of issues to IT management,
• Develop, build and modify software applications in accordance with applicable software development methodologies,
• Ability to understand and contribute to the technical solution from design to code level.
