Job summary

The role involves evaluating business and software requirements and collaborating with development teams across the software delivery lifecycle, using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

The position requires 2+ years of IS/IT project experience, strong analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional IS/IT project environments.
• Solid understanding of business analysis practices, requirements elicitation, and business process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to manage changes, risks, issues, and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities also include tracking project performance against quality, timeline, budget, and resource objectives, as well as preparing project status reports and documentation for stakeholders.
