Job summary

Continental Confectionery Company İstanbul, Çamlıca ofisinde Senior Assistant Brand Manager (OTC) arıyor. Pozisyon, markanın lansman aktivitelerini koordine etmek, iletişim fikirleri üretmek ve P&L sorumluluğunu taşımak gibi kritik görevleri içerir.

Takım çalışmasına yatkın, analitik düşünebilen ve iletişimi güçlü bir profesyonel aranmaktadır. İngilizce akıcı iletişim kurabilme becerisi ve hedef odaklı çalışma önceliklidir. Ofis İstanbul’dadır; tam zamanlı görev gerektirir.

Qualifications

• OTC/ FMCG alanında marka yönetimi tecrübesi en az 2–3 yıl.
• Takım çalışmalarında etkili iletişim ve analitik beceriler.
• Hedef odaklı ve sorumluluk sahibi profesyonel arıyoruz.

Responsibilities

• Sorumluluk verilen markanın lansman faaliyetlerini koordine etmek.
• 3rd party ilişkilerini ATL/BTL/PR ve ambalaj ajansları ile yönetmek.
• Marka için iletişim fikirleri üretmek ve uygulanmasını sağlamak.
• Markanın P&L sorumluluğunu üstlenmek.
• Trade marketing ekibiyle iş birliğiyle ticari destek planları geliştirmek.
• Ürün rollout planlarını geliştirmek ve uygulamak.
• Uzun vadeli marka stratejileri ve planlamasını koordine etmek.

We are looking for an \"Senior Assistant Brand Manager (OTC)\" \" in order to strengthen our company's Marketing team at Çamlıca/İstanbul.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Coordinate all the launch activities under the brand of responsibility,
• Responsible for all the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, Packaging Agencies,
• Create ideas for communication under the brand of responsibility,
• Responsible for the P&L of the brand,
• Plan and execute with the trade marketing team unique and unrivalled trade support plans
• Develop and implement product roll out plans
• Coordinate long term brand strategies and planning

What do you need for this role?

• At least 2–3 years of brand management experience, ideally gained in FMCG, OTC, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or other related industries,
• Should be a team player,
• Showed strong analytical and conceptual skills,
• Dynamic professional with strong leadership and superior communication skills,
• A visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets.
• Fluent in English
