Job summary

Yıldız Holding çatısı altındaki Yeni Teközel Branded Products Distribution Services Inc tarafından yürütülen Export Area Manager pozisyonu için global ihracat odaklı bir rol aranmaktadır. 40'tan fazla ülkede satış yapan bu konum, 10 markanın ihracatını yönetecek ve yeni pazarlar geliştirecektir.

Üst düzey iş birliği, satış odaklı yaklaşım ve güçlü İngilizce iletişim becerileri beklenmektedir. Deneyimli adaylar İstanbul/Üsküdar bölgesinde çalışacaktır.

Qualifications

• Gıda Mühendisliği, Uluslararası Ticaret ve Lojistik, Pazarlama ve İşletme bölümlerinden mezun.
• Gıda sektörünün ihracat süreçlerinde ve satışlarında en az 5 yıl/8 yıl deneyime sahip olmak.
• Satış odaklı ve güçlü ikna becerilerine sahip olmak.
• FMCG şirketlerinde ihracat deneyimi sahibi olmak.
• Distribütör yönetimi deneyimi şarttır.
• MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilmek.
• İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü mükemmel

Responsibilities

• Şirket hedefleriyle uyumlu olarak yeni ihracat pazarlarının belirlenmesi ve geliştirilmesi.
• 10 farklı markanın ürünleri için ihracat satış faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi ve 40'tan fazla ülkede ihracatın yönetilmesi.
• Bu kanallar için uygun ürünlerin belirlenmesi ve ihracat satışının gerçekleştirilmesi.
• Pazar faaliyetlerini ve piyasa trendlerini izlemek.
• İhracat satış sözleşmelerini yürütmek ve ödeme sürecine kadar işlemleri takip etmek.
• Uluslararası fuarları planlamak ve etkin şekilde katılmak.
• Yıllık ihracat satış planları ve bütçesinin oluşturulması.

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Identification of new Export Markets in line with company objectives,
• Realizing business development and export sales activities for products belonging to 10 different brands and in more than 40 countries where Yeni Teközel exports,
• Researching export sales channels, determining products suitable for these channels, and realizing export sales,
• Monitoring market activities and market trends,
• Executing export sales agreements and contracts, and tracking transactions until the payment process,
• Planning for international fairs and actively participating,
• Establishing annual export sales plans and the annual budget.

What Will Be The Qualifications We Expect From You?

• Graduate of Food Engineering, International Trade and Logistics, Marketing and Business departments of universities,
• At least 5 years / 8 years of experience in the food sector's export processes and sales,
• Sales-oriented with strong persuasion skills
• Export experience in FMCG companies,
• Distributor management experience is must
• Effective use of MS Office programs,
• Excellent English written and spoken
