Job summary

INGHubs Türkiye is seeking a senior technical leader to define and govern the enterprise AI and Agentic AI strategy. You will drive architecture vision, standards, and roadmaps, while guiding engineers and architects toward scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.

You will design AI platforms, manage multi-agent systems, and establish practices for LLMs, RAG, and orchestration, with emphasis on governance, security, and stakeholder engagement across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI or related field.
• 6+ years in software engineering and architecture.
• Proven track record delivering production AI and Agentic AI platforms.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise AI and Agentic AI architecture vision, standards, and technology roadmap.
• Lead architectural decisions for strategic AI initiatives.
• Design and evolve enterprise AI platforms and multi-agent systems.
• Establish best practices for LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and AI solution development.
• Drive governance, security, and compliance across the organization.
