Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a senior AI Architect to define the enterprise AI strategy, govern multi‑agent systems, and drive scalable, secure AI platforms. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with business leaders to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.

You will work in a hybrid model with strong emphasis on collaboration across ING locations, contributing to large‑scale AI initiatives for the bank.

Qualifications

Expert-level Python development with distributed systems and strong design principles.
Experience with event-driven architectures and reliability engineering.
LLM, RAG, multi-agent systems expertise and hands-on tooling knowledge.
Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes for enterprise workloads.
Understanding of Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Proven track record delivering production AI platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Strategy: define vision, standards, and roadmaps for enterprise AI.
AI Platforms & Agentic AI: design multi-agent systems and governance practices.
Technical Leadership: mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Cloud & Platform Engineering: drive automation, IaC, and DevOps for AI workloads.
AI Governance & Security: implement Responsible AI and risk controls.
Business & Stakeholder Engagement: align AI initiatives with business goals.
Talent Development: grow engineers and leaders within the team.
