You will partner with Product Leads, Tribe Leads, and engineers to translate innovative AI capabilities into scalable, value-driven solutions across the organization.

The role blends leadership with hands-on technical direction, shaping AI craftsmanship and governance while delivering impact at scale across ING’s global network.

• Significant experience in Data Science, ML, NLP, Generative AI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a chapter of AI/LLM Data Scientists; grow talent and performance.
• Shape AI capabilities and workforce strategies with Product Leads and Tribe Leads.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions powered by LLMs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, and MLOps teams to scale AI solutions.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI products delivering measurable value.
