Job summary

You will coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings, resolve clashes, and support the Project Technical Office with specifications. AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency required; strong communication and leadership desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural coordination on large-scale hotel projects; total 10 years of experience.
• Coordination of Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in construction drawings, detail resolution, and site coordination.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Superimpose and coordinate drawings from multiple disciplines and resolve clashes.
• Prepare technical specifications for architectural procurement in line with drawings.
• Support Project Technical Office with architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical specifications.
• Attend periodic progress meetings and follow up on actions.
• Ensure project documents are uploaded to the document management system accurately and tracked.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination within large-scale hotel or luxury hotel projects with 10 years of total professional experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in construction/implementation drawings, detail resolution, and site coordination.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that drawings and documents from different disciplines are superimposed and coordinated, and that any clashes, inconsistencies, or non-conformities are identified and resolved.
• Ensure that technical specifications for architectural procurement are prepared in accordance with the implementation drawings, excluding quantity take-off/BOQ preparation.
• Provide architectural support to the Project Technical Office Management in the preparation of architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical specifications, and provide the necessary information and drawings in line with the requirements of the Project Technical Office.
• Attend and/or provide input for periodic project progress meetings, and ensure the necessary follow-up actions are carried out in accordance with the decisions taken.
• Ensure that project documents are uploaded to the document management system accurately, completely, and on time, and that all relevant files are properly tracked and maintained within the system.
