Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking a seasoned Security Director to lead all security operations across the property and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in security, including 3 years in team leadership, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts, with strong English communication and knowledge of security technologies.

You will coordinate with local authorities, manage incident reporting, and oversee fire safety, evacuation and crisis management processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
• At least 10 years of security experience with minimum 3 years in team management, preferably in luxury hotels/resorts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all security operations across the property, ensuring safety of guests, staff, visitors and assets.
• Develop and improve security procedures and control measures.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
• Assess risks and implement preventive measures.
• Oversee access control, patrols, CCTV and related security activities.
• Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, evacuation and crisis management; conduct regular drills.
• Manage shift schedules, tasks, training and performance of the security team.
• Ensure accurate incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and service standards; uphold guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Evaluate equipment, systems and service providers and identify improvements.

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field,
• At least 10 years of security experience, including a minimum of 3 years in team management, preferably within luxury hotels or resorts,
• Advanced proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong knowledge of private security legislation, risk assessment, incident management, and emergency procedures,
• Proficient in security operations, shift planning, and team leadership,
• Familiar with CCTV, access control systems, and security technologies,
• Able to coordinate fire safety, evacuation, and crisis management processes with relevant departments,
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills; proficient in MS Office,
• Committed to guest privacy, confidentiality, and professional ethics,
• Meets the legal requirements for the role and holds a valid private security identification card.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve security procedures and control measures,
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with local law enforcement authorities and coordinate with them as required,
• Assess security risks, establish preventive measures, and ensure timely action,
• Oversee access control, security patrols, CCTV monitoring, and related security activities,
• Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, evacuation, natural disaster preparedness, and crisis management procedures; plan and conduct regular drills,
• Manage the security team’s shift schedules, task allocation, training, and performance,
• Ensure accurate incident reporting and documentation, and oversee investigations and corrective actions,
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and property service standards,
• Uphold guest privacy, personal data protection, confidentiality, and professional security standards,
• Evaluate security equipment, systems, and service providers, and identify improvement opportunities and resource requirements.
