Job summary

Odaş Kariyer Fırsatları seeks an experienced Training Designer to assess needs and develop programs for hotel, restaurant, and tourism staff in Marmara region. You will design onboarding, create materials, and measure impact across hospitality teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in training design and a proven track record in tourism/hospitality training. Travel flexibility and collaboration with managers are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in training design and implementation is a must.
• Strong experience in the tourism and hospitality industry with customer service/hotel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough assessments of training and development needs using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and direct communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
• Designs and implements targeted training programs to enhance the skills and performance of service personnel in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sectors.
• Develops, organizes, and delivers onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
• Creates customized training programs to address specific job skill needs and improve overall employee performance.
• Develops and/or procures training manuals, guides, and course materials to support learning initiatives.
• Maintains detailed records of training activities, including attendance, assessment results, and retraining requirements.
• Measures program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and participant feedback, making improvements as needed.
• Keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in training and development methodologies.
• Prepares and manages the training budget, maintaining accurate records and expense reports.
• Performs additional related duties as required to support organizational goals.
