Job summary

Akçansa in the Marmara region is seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to drive efficiency across our Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing processes by managing SAP-based IT projects and development requests that generate revenue or reduce costs. You will translate business needs into practical SAP solutions, support process design, manage vendors, and build strong internal partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of active experience in corporate IT business solutions (Sales, Purchasing, and/or Manufacturing)
• Hands-on SAP application experience required
• Business analyst experience within Logistics & Supply Chain, Sales, or Purchasing
• Experience managing vendor and customer relationships; project management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and development requests end-to-end, from analysis and planning through approval and delivery
• Support detailed system and business process design, particularly in Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing/Production
• Identify integration requirements across systems and clarify conditions with stakeholders
• Manage vendor contracts, commercial terms, and project closure evaluations
• Build strong relationships with internal customers and ensure satisfaction
• Provide user support and guidance beyond formal project scope
• Track emerging technologies and industry trends, translating opportunities into project proposals
