The Sales Manager for SAP will focus on prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing SAP-based solutions to new and existing customers. This role brings a consultative approach to customer engagement, leveraging the company's SAP service portfolio to address client challenges and deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with SAP solutions.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual quota targets by promoting SAP offerings and expanding customer portfolios.
• Pipeline & Account Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline planning and oversee designated accounts to close SAP service deals.

• SAP Expertise: 10+ years of experience in selling SAP solutions or complex IT service solutions.
• Consultative Sales & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to understand customer needs, align them with SAP products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent negotiation skills for high-stakes discussions and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Language & Flexibility: Fluency in English and Turkish is essential; willingness to travel as needed.
