Job summary

Hayat, FMCG alanında faaliyet gösteren lider bir şirkettir ve SAP FI modülleri üzerinde uzmanlaşmış BT/Finans entegrasyonlarını yönetecek deneyimli bir profesyonel aramaktadır. Pozisyon, büyük ölçekli projelerin uygulanması ve SAP tabanlı çözümlerin entegrasyonunda kritik rol oynayacaktır.

İş, Türkiye'deki ofiste tam zamanlı çalışma gerektirebilir. Adaylardan finans süreçlerini anlama, değişim yönetimi ve tedarik zinciriyle uyum sağlama becerileri beklenmektedir.

Qualifications

• FI modülleri ve alt modüllerle ilgili yeni işlevselliklerin uygulanması projeler veya değişiklik yönetimiyle yapılır.
• Mevcut SAP FI envanterinin bakım ve sürdürülmesi için gerekli destek organizasyonunun sağlanması.

Responsibilities

• İş stratejisine uygun teknolojilerin kimyevi uygulama ve iletişimle iletilmesini sağlamak.
• İş birimlerinin hedeflerini anlamak ve BT çözümleriyle bu hedeflere ulaşılmasını desteklemek.
• IT altyapısıyla ilgili süreçleri planlamak, organize etmek ve hizmet düzeylerini yönetmek.
• İş talepleri doğrultusunda üçüncü taraf IT tedarikçileriyle koordinasyon sağlamak.
• Gelecekteki iş ve çözüm fırsatlarına ilişkin önerileri teknoloji ekiplerine iletmek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, MIS or Industrial, Mathematical, Information Systems and similar Engineering departments of Universities
• At least 6 years of general experience in IT processes and at least 2 years of team management experience
• Proven experience is essential in ERP/SAP Financial Applications (FI, AA, E-Solutions and similar areas), related processes and Integrations
• Experience in SAP TRM, FM, CM, partly in CO and PS is an advantage
• At least 5 full cycle projects experience from end to end
• Profound understanding of business and its processes in Finance, preferably in FMCG
• Understanding of how IT improvement can impact business performance
• Experienced in multidisciplinary project management, change management and corresponding incident management
• Experience with large organizations and large projects
• Knowledgeable in business analysis and demand management
• Problem solving and analysis skills to create solutions in a business perspective
• Strong planning skills with the ability to set priorities
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
• Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
• Effective communication and reporting skills

Job Description

• Responsible for implementation of new functionalities, modules or add-ons related to FI module and submodules, by projects or change management
• Responsible for providing the necessary support organization which includes the maintenance and survival of the existing SAP FI inventory
• Responsible to understand the financial business strategy and help identify and effectively communicate ways to use technology to help achieve strategic business goals
• Anticipate proactively technology needs of business and manages the delivery of these IT solutions
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to understand the specific goals of the overall business and individual departments
• Plan, organize, control, evaluate IT support operations, projects and has accountability for the successful delivery of new and existing IT initiatives
• Identify technology solutions to business problems and represent business interests within the IT organization
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT systems, policies and procedures
• Deal with various internal/external IT suppliers and coordinate all IT resources in the area of responsibility
• Maintain external perspective, measures and articulates IT trends, competitor insights and innovations that drive business value
• Ensure support/change management of end user in applying IT in daily business
• Ensure delivered services are according to agreed service level agreements (SLA); identify SLA breaches and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Serve as escalation point in case of major issues
• After a new technology is successfully delivered, responsible for ensuring that end users understand how to use these new tools and resolve any issues they may encounter
• Relay any business feedback to technology teams
