Job summary

Hayat, based at its headquarters in Kocaeli, seeks an Innovation Scouting Senior Engineer to join the Inovation Scouting team. You will monitor global tech trends, identify relevant technologies, and lead PoC projects with cross-functional teams to support the Global Technology Development roadmap.

With a Master’s degree and 4+ years in innovation settings, you will drive partnerships with startups and universities while leveraging AI tools.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred; degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 4+ years in startups, VC, tech consulting or innovation environments.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with AI tools and technology scouting.

We are currently seeking a talented “ Innovation Scouting Senior Engineer” to join our dynamic “Inovation Scouting” team. Based at our “Headquarters” in “Kocaeli”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “Global” “Technology Development”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree either from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar departments ; Master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of professional experience within startups, venture capital, technology consulting, or innovation-driven environments,
• Experienced in project management,
• Experienced in using AI tools,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skills,
• Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environment,
• Being open to new ideas and following innovations with a researcher spirit,
• Highly professional project leader with strong work ethics,
• Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver results,
• Strategic thinking skills,
• No restriction to travel,
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.
