Job summary

Hayat Headquarters in Istanbul is seeking a Global Human Resources Executive to lead the Global HR function from the HQ. You will bridge HQ teams and subsidiaries, guide day-to-day HR operations, and collaborate across cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.

The role focuses on employee engagement, KPI tracking, HR transformation projects, data governance, and expatriate work permit management, with a global scope across Hayat’s regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience and HR Business Partner experience is a must.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• No restriction to travel abroad.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams in a dynamic & multi-tasking working environment.
• Advanced level MS Office skills. SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, strong communication and high reporting skills within a matrix organization.
• Strong customer focus to build a successful relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a bridge between HQ teams and subsidiaries.
• Work closely with local HR teams and provide day-to-day guidance for all HR functions.
• Lead and guide employee engagement projects in subsidiaries.
• Follow up the critical KPIs such as turnover, open positions etc. and other budget realizations to make sure actions are taken to improve those KPI's.
• Contribute to design and implementation of HR transformation projects.
• Cascade and integrate as well as obtaining the sustainability of the global HR practices and procedures to the subsidiaries.
• Make sure HR data are maintained and utilized correctly in subsidiaries.
• Manage and follow up work permits of Expatriate employees.

One of the biggest companies in FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Headquarters is looking for a “Global Human Resources Executive" for its Global Human Resources department. The position is based in HQ, Istanbul and will be reporting to Global Human Resources Group Manager.
