Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG group, seeks an Accounting Specialist to join the TR Finance team in Istanbul. You will manage intercompany reconciliations, overseas accounts, and investment-related activities, collaborating with international partners.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting, strong SAP and Excel skills, and solid reporting abilities. Turkish language skills are a plus, and the role offers health insurance, transport support, meals, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, reconciliation procedures, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation processes for intercompany transactions, including trade payables, trade receivables, and financial payables/receivables.
• Conduct reconciliations with overseas third-party customers, identify discrepancies, and report findings accurately.
• Prepare investment payment lists and ensure reconciliation in coordination with purchasing and technical teams.
• Monitor and report investment advances.
• Enter export-related additional expense invoices into the system and verify their accuracy.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reconciliation processes for intercompany transactions, overseas accounts, and investment-related activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and international business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• CPA license (SMMM) is preferred.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
