Job summary

GAMBIT Consulting in Turkey is seeking an experienced SAP Developer to work remotely on RAP Restful ABAP programming. You will develop OData services and SAP Fiori apps using RAP, create CDS views and RAP APIs, and build applications on SAP Business Technology Platform.

The role focuses on ABAP programming for S/4HANA, with emphasis on customer-specific requirements, OO ABAP development, and integration using Eclipse ADT, BAS/Fiori Elements, and VS Code. Strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABAP programming with RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
• Advanced OO ABAP development, managing scenarios, and S/4HANA experience.
• Familiarity with ABAP tools and OData V2/V4, Eclipse ADT, BAS or VS Code.
• CDS view development expertise.
• English fluency with negotiation skills.

Your profile

Must-haves:

• Experience in ABAP programming with RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model)
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented ABAP development, proficiency in working with managed and unmanaged scenarios, and experience using SAP S/4HANA On-Premise or S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition operating models
• Familiarity with ABAP development using Eclipse ADT (ABAP Development Tools), Fiori Elements in Business Application Studio or Visual Studio Code, and experience using OData V2 and OData V4
• In-depth knowledge of developing CDS (Core Data Services) views
• English fluency, including negotiation skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience of SAP Key User Extensibility/Extensibility Framework
• General experience of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Practical experience of the SAP Cloud Connector solution and knowledge in Fiori Freestyle development
