Job summary

Medtronic Türkiye is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join a dynamic team in Ankara. You will gain hands-on exposure to commercial operations, data analytics, and customer engagement while supporting sales, clinical, and marketing colleagues.

Responsibilities include assisting with visits, preparing reports and dashboards in Excel, collecting and validating sales data, and contributing to data-driven decision making. Start date December 2026; duration 6 months; onsite, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Fluency in Turkish and English at least B2.
• Strong MS Office experience, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare, medical technology, commercial operations and data analytics.
• Willingness to travel and support field activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists during customer visits, meetings, and educational activities.
• Assist with customer follow-up activities, presentations, quotations, and commercial documentation.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze sales and customer data to support business insights.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools using Excel and other analytics platforms.
• Support sales performance analysis and help identify trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights and improve decision-making.
